When May I Apply?
Applications to volunteer for Summer Camp Music Festival will be accepted up until the festival. Money orders with applications post marked after May 1st will not be accepted unless otherwise noted. Also, applications not including a full deposit of $170 by May 1st will not be accepted unless otherwise noted. Applications will be accepted until all positions are filled.
What do I need to do to apply to be a volunteer for Summer Camp?
Volunteers must purchase a "Volunteer Deposit Ticket" for $170 through the ticket page on the Summer Camp Festival website using a major credit card, as indicated on the site. Also, after purchasing the volunteer ticket, applicants must fill out the volunteer form entirely, INCLUDING THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER from the volunteer ticket purchase and the NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD, and email and mail it to Jay Goldberg Events %26 Entertainment at: volunteers@jaytv.com AND:

Deposits will be credited in full to respective credit cards after the festival with completion of all required shifts. If for any reason an applicant is denied to volunteer, the applicant will be notified immediately and the ticket will be credited to the respective credit card. *Cash applications will no longer be accepted prior to the festival unless otherwise noted. However, should positions still be available at the time of the event, cash applications ONLY will be accepted at the Volunteer Check-In trailer to the left of the entrance road.
How much time must a volunteer commit?
All volunteers must work 12 hours.
